1. What is a Gift
List?
A
Gift List works in the same way as a wedding list. You select the products
you wish to receive as gifts and Little Beans Ltd will create a personalised
Gift List. It will help your family and friends to choose gifts that
they know will be really appreciated by you and your baby. It also avoids
gift duplication and ensures you receive the gifts you want and need.

2. What is a Baby Shower?
It
is an opportunity for you to celebrate with family and friends the special
anticipation before the arrival of your new baby and be "showered"
with gifts. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon or evening of enjoyable games
and chat.

3. How do I set up a Gift List or a Baby Shower?
Just
telephone or email Little Beans Ltd on 07974 718488
or info@littlebeans.co.uk.
Little Beans will be happy to arrange a suitable date and time to meet
with you. The consultation can be arranged at your home or anywhere
you find convenient.
On meeting Little Beans you will be able to ask
for advice on products Little Beans sell and then select from Little
Beans Brochure the items you want included in your Gift List.
If you want to arrange a Baby Shower, you can
do so during the consultation. It is easy, fun and hassle free.
Also, you will also be able to find out about
Little Beans other services at this time.

4. What does a Gift List or Shower cost?
Little
Beans Ltd makes no charge for setting up a Gift List or holding a Shower
party.
|

5. When is the ideal
time to create my Baby Gift List or hold my Shower?
You
can create your Gift List at anytime although Little Beans Ltd recommends
you create your Gift List from around the 25th week of pregnancy. Your
shower is best around this time too.
If your child is already born and you are setting
up a Gift List for another occasion then ideally your list should be
created 12 weeks before the special day.

6. Where can I hold
my Baby Shower?
Parties
can be held in the comfort of your own home but can be held in any location
convenient to you.

7. How many people
should attend my Baby Shower?
There
is no limit to the number of people you can invite, however you must
remember to consider the venue and how many people it will comfortably
fit.
For Showers, the host is responsible for providing
food and drink for guests.

8. How do I know Little
Beans products are right for me and my baby?
Little
Beans products come recommended by experienced mothers/parents who have
used them with their baby. All Little Beans Ltd products conform to
the relevant safety standards.

9. How do I request
a brochure ?
Little
Beans have Brochures available on CD. To request a brochure send an
email to info@littlebeans.co.uk
including your name and address, or complete the form on the Contact
Us page.

10. What if I want
to include something that is not available from Little Beans Ltd?
Little
Beans Ltd stocks over 400 quality items specially selected for you and
your baby, covering all aspects of baby's life. However, if you cannot
find what you want in the Little Beans Brochure then simply ask and
Little Beans will endeavour to find that product for your Gift List.

11. How will my friends
and family know how to access my list?
Little
Beans Ltd will create Gift List cards with your personalised Gift List
reference number which will direct your family and friends to your list.
They will be able to reference Little Beans Brochure
and then contact Little Beans to order the item they choose from your
Gift List.

12. Can work colleagues
"club together" to buy an item on the gift list?
Yes.
However, only one person can place and pay for an order. Therefore,
if your friends do this then one person will need to use their credit
card and collect the money from other work colleagues.
|

13. Can family and
friends buy gifts from my Gift List after my baby is born?
Some
people prefer to buy gifts once your baby is born to be sure of its
sex. Purchases can still be made from your Gift List by contacting Little
Beans Ltd by telephone or email and we will arrange it all for you.

14. What if some gifts
are not purchased from the List?
Four
weeks after your due date, Little Beans will contact you to advise what
has not been chosen. Items not chosen will then be available for you
to buy.
Little Beans recommends that you check that your
essential items are purchased before the baby arrives. Contact us at
any time to check what has been purchased from your List.

15. What if I don't
like the goods when I receive them?
Simply
return the item unopened and Little Beans will issue a credit voucher
for you to redeem against other items.

16. If I am told that
I am having a little girl but unexpectedly have a little boy (or vice versa)
can I exchange products?
Yes,
providing that you return the item in its original packaging undamaged
with a request for an exchange. You will be responsible for post and
packing.
|

17. Can I cancel my
order?
Cancellations
will be acceptable up to 14 days prior to the scheduled Delivery Plan
date, where a full refund minus a £15 administration charge will
be given. In the event you wish to request cancellation after this date,
(for example due to unforeseen circumstances regarding a pregnancy),
Little Beans will treat each request sympathetically on its own merits,
and may offer a full refund including delivery charges.

18. What is your returns
policy?
For
faulty goods, you (the purchaser or recipient) may return any item within
7 days of receipt. The item must be unused and returned in the original
packaging. The purchase cost will be refunded within 28 days of receipt
at Little Beans. If you are returning an item because you have simply
changed your mind then a voucher equivalent to the value of the purchase
price will be issued to the purchaser once Little Beans confirms that
the goods have not been used, damaged or tampered with in any way.

19. What methods of
payment do you accept?
For
internet, telephone or Shower sales, Little Beans Ltd accept all major
credit and debit cards. Cheques will be accepted at Showers up to £50
(or the limit of cheque guarantee card) and must be crossed and made
payable to Little Beans Ltd. Little Beans does not accept cash payment
for personal security reasons. Minimum order is £10. All prices
include all relevant UK taxes.

20. Can I use the
Gift List service for other events, such as a First Birthday, Christening
or Naming Ceremony?
Yes,
you can use the Gift List service and Shower for any special event.
